Use of the public website
Terms
A practical foundation for using this site and starting a service conversation.

Service enquiries
Sending an enquiry starts a discussion. It does not by itself confirm a booking, authorise changes to a site, or establish a scope of work.
A service engagement needs a separate agreement covering the work, deliverables, fees, access, responsibilities, ownership, verification, and handoff. Any ongoing support or maintenance arrangement should also be agreed separately.
Information and examples
Service descriptions explain the kinds of work SiteService can discuss. Implementation patterns and unpopulated Library structures illustrate possible work; they are not completed client projects, verified performance claims, or guarantees of a particular result.
Any future published record should identify the work’s scope, the verification performed, and the limits of the evidence.
Responsible use
Use the site without disrupting its operation or attempting to access information without permission. Only share information you are entitled to provide. Do not include credentials or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.
The Library
The current Library is a public foundation. Restricted customer access is not available in this build. Future access permissions and service-specific terms will need to be presented when those features are introduced.
