We agree on the features, tools and final price, check required access before committing to a delivery schedule, and test the agreed work. You receive a walkthrough, handoff instructions and ownership of your accounts and setup.
We explain what works inside the workspace, what opens in another tool and what updates automatically or needs your input. Connections use supported tools and your approval. Work outside the standard package is assessed and quoted separately.
Care is optional; coverage is agreed separately. New features and expansion cost extra. Separate app and provider fees are not included. Accounting, tax, legal and investment services are not included.
Business Level 1
We agree on the included details before setup, test the workspace and show you how to use it. You receive handoff instructions and retain ownership of your accounts and setup. Connected workflows and advanced custom features are scoped separately.
Business Level 3
Advanced capabilities are still being developed. We confirm feasibility, scope and price before agreeing to build them.
Optional care
Optional care covers checks, finding problems and small fixes, within 30 minutes total per month for Business Level 1, Professional and Creative, or 1 hour total per month for Business Level 2. Coverage is agreed separately; new work and larger repairs need a separate quote. Care is discussed separately for any agreed Business Level 3 project.
