Website & service enquiries
Privacy
How the current public site and email request process handle information.
Last updated: 26 September 2026
Who to contact
This notice covers the public SiteService.ai website and enquiries sent to hello@siteservice.ai. Please use that address for privacy questions or requests about information you have provided.
When you visit
Google Firebase Hosting serves this website and its assets. Hosting processes technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver the service, detect abuse, and analyse usage. Google describes Hosting IP retention as a few months in its Firebase privacy information.
The domain uses Cloudflare for authoritative DNS, which helps resolve the website address. DNS resolution is separate from the website’s email-draft helper.
When you prepare a service request
The request page asks for a description of the issue. You can optionally provide your name, website, and service category. These entries are used in your browser to prepare a draft; preparing it does not send it to SiteService or submit it to a form server.
Some SiteService links include a short source code in the page address, such as EVG-001. If you open the request page from one of those links, the code is read in your browser and added to the prepared draft, so SiteService can understand how the request reached us. Because the code is part of the link address, it can also appear in the technical request information described above.
The helper does not save entries or a source code to cookies, local storage, or a website database before you choose to send the email. Your browser or email app may manage form history or drafts according to your own settings.
Please include only what is needed to discuss the request. Do not include passwords, API keys, payment details, identity documents, or sensitive personal information.
When you send an email
If you choose to send the draft, SiteService receives the message and sender details supplied by your email service. This information is used to understand and respond to your request and discuss related service work. If the draft includes a source code, SiteService receives that code with the rest of your request.
Your chosen email provider and the receiving email provider process the correspondence. The SiteService domain currently routes email to Google’s mail service. Sending a service enquiry is not a marketing signup.
Correspondence may remain in the email systems involved in delivery and handling. This notice does not set a fixed retention period for every message. You can contact SiteService about a particular message or request; any response will take account of relevant service records and applicable obligations.
Cookies, analytics, and AI
This public site has no added advertising pixels, analytics scripts, account registration, chatbot, or integration that sends form entries to an AI provider. Interface assets are served with the website, and typography uses fonts available on your device rather than requesting fonts from a third-party font service. Provider-side hosting operations are described above.
Questions and requests
Email hello@siteservice.ai to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of correspondence you have sent. Identify the relevant message without including passwords or identity documents. Available rights and any requirements for handling a request depend on applicable law and the circumstances.
Future services
This notice describes the current public website. Before Library accounts or features that process customer information through third-party AI providers are activated, the relevant information must be updated: what data is involved, why it is processed, the providers involved, retention arrangements, and the notices or permissions needed at the point of use.
A future service involving AI requires its own assessment. This paragraph does not describe an active AI feature or grant permission to introduce one.
